Alexandre Pieyre
Alexandre joined EDF Invest in 2019 as an Investment Director in Infrastructure, and he is the Head of EDF Invest since March 2023.

He has a c.20 year background in finance, developed out of London and Paris.

He worked many years at Crédit Agricole as an adviser or debt structurer for infrastructure assets transactions, and additionally as Global Relationship Manager for French blue chip companies. He also worked for PwC.

He is a graduate from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées – ParisTech.

Antoine Cavaillé
Antoine joined EDF Invest in 2023 as Investment Director in Infrastructure.
He was previously Investment Director for South America responsible for sourcing and executing energy investments in the region and M&A Deputy Director at EDF Group.
Prior to that, Antoine held M&A positions between London and Paris at Deutsche Bank, Nomura and Lehman Brothers.
He holds a master’s degree in Engineering from Institut Mines Telecom Atlantique and a master’s degree in Finance from ESCP Business School.

Françoise Vassel
Françoise joined EDF Invest in December 2018, after a 20-year experience in Corporate finance, for traded and untraded corporates, in debt and equity financing (Banque Palatine – Fideuram Wargny).

She graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management.

Assia Oudni
Assia Oudni joined EDF Invest in February 2021 as Investment Director.

With 11 years of investment experience in the investment department of Natixis Assurances, Assia Oudni has developed skills in several asset classes.

Within Natixis Assurances, she successively assumed the functions of analyst, Senior Investment Manager and Head of Investments in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity. She was also Director of Investor Relations at Atream.

Assia Oudni is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and PSB - Paris School of Business.

Philippe Berrin
After starting his career in property development and consulting at Icade, then at GMAC CM, Philippe Berrin joined EDF group in 2005, in charge of asset management of real estate company SOFILO.

He joined EDF Invest in 2014.

He graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées – ParisTech.

Romain Bruneau
Romain Bruneau joined EDF Invest in November 2019.

Prior to this he worked 3 years at EDF structuring its key accounts energy contracts. He then worked at Enedis, the french DSO, as a financial analyst.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from CentraleSupelec and a Bachelor in Economics from Paris Dauphine University.

David Nahoum
David Nahoum joined EDF Invest in November 2020.

He started his career at the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance as Deputy Head of G7/G20 Summit preparation Office at the French Treasury, and then as Portfolio Manager in the energy and health sectors at the French Government Shareholding Agency.

He then worked for Publicis Groupe as Project Management Officer to the CEO.

He graduated from HEC Paris, Sciences Po and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration.

Julia Collin Delavaud
Julia joined EDF Invest in 2024 as an Investment Director within the Infrastructure team.

She started her career at Société Générale in M&A team. She then joined Caisse des dépôts as M&A Director within the Strategic Investments department.

She holds a master degree in corporate finance from Université Paris Dauphine.

Floriane Marcon
Floriane joined EDF Invest in January 2023 as an Investment Manager in Infrastructure.
She started her career in 2016 as a financial auditor at PwC, and then joined the Transaction Services department of Eight Advisory in 2019.
She holds a master’s degree from EDHEC Business School.

Nathan Hallaf
Nathan Hallaf joined EDF Invest in January 2024 as an investment analyst in the Infrastructure team.
He held various positions as an intern in the strategy department of ENGIE, the DGEC of the French Ministry of Ecological Transition as well as EY’s M&A - Power & Utilities team. He then joined EDF in Houston in the US as an investment analyst in 2022.

He holds a master’s degree from Paris Dauphine University - PSL and Paris Nanterre University.

Christophe Vaccaro
After 5 years at the audit firm Deloitte Christophe joined EDF in 2013 as financial controller. He then worked at modeling nuclear investments projects.

Christophe joined EDF Invest in January 2020 as an Investment Manager.

He holds a master’s degree in finance from Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne.

She previously worked in audit and consolidation at EDF Renouvelables.

Marc Raynaud
Marc Raynaud joined EDF Invest in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.

He started as a manager in the audit firm Ernst Young for industrial customers and telcos – in Paris and Dakar, Senegal. In 1997, he joined France Telecom-Orange headquarters, focused on the IPO process and later on the optimization of financial consolidation processes.

Marc joined EDF Group in 2001 where he held several appointments as a senior Financial Controller / Performance Manager, as well as a project leader in finance transformation.

He graduated from ESCP Business School (Master in Management Grande Ecole), 1990.

Hélène Nguyen
Hélène Nguyen joined EDF Invest in 2015 as General Secretary Chief Financial Officer.

She has a 20-year experience in finance and asset optimisation, as well as risk management in energy markets, both in Paris and London. At EDF group in Paris, she was Finance Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions division, then deputy of the Director of Performance Management France. In London, she worked at EDF Trading as Asset Optimisation Adviser, and pursued her career at EDF Energy as Corporate Strategy Manager, then as Head of Portfolio Management.

She graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris and then specialised in Corporate Finance at London Business School.

Fabrice Lelong joined EDF Invest in January 2020 as Financial Controller after more than 20 years within the Group, in particular as Finance Department Management Controller, Shared Services Department Statutory Auditors Supervisor and Foundation Financial Director.
He has a Higher Accounting and Financial Expertise Diploma.
