Pierre Benoist d'Anthenay
"Pierre Benoist d'Anthenay joined the Group in July 2015 as Deputy Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.

He was previously, Director of Corporate Finance of Eutelsat Communications in Paris and then Deputy CEO of Eutelsat Asia in Singapore.

He holds a Masters of Advanced Studies (DEA) in Economic Public Law from Panthéon-Assas University and an Advanced Master (MS) from ESCP."

Marc Raynaud
Marc Raynaud joined EDF Invest in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.

He started as a manager in the audit firm Ernst Young for industrial customers and telcos – in Paris and Dakar, Senegal. In 1997, he joined France Telecom-Orange headquarters, focused on the IPO process and later on the optimization of financial consolidation processes.

Marc joined EDF Group in 2001 where he held several appointments as a senior Financial Controller / Performance Manager, as well as a project leader in finance transformation.

He graduated from ESCP Europe (Master in Management Grande Ecole), 1990.

Hélène Nguyen
"Hélène Nguyen joined EDF Invest in 2015 as General Secretary Chief Financial Officer.

She has a 20-year experience in finance and asset optimisation, as well as risk management in energy markets, both in Paris and London. At EDF group in Paris, she was Finance Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions division, then deputy of the Director of Performance Management France. In London, she worked at EDF Trading as Asset Optimisation Adviser, and pursued her career at EDF Energy as Corporate Strategy Manager, then as Head of Portfolio Management.

She graduated from Ecole des Mines de Paris and then specialised in Corporate Finance at London Business School."

Fanny Grillo
After a 10-year experience as lawyer at Taj / Deloitte, with a focus on transactional tax law and international relations, Fanny joined EDF S.A. in 2014 as the head of tax affairs in the Financial Division of the fund. In 2018, she is appointed as Investment Director at EDF Invest.

Fanny graduated from the Aix-Marseille III University (Magister of Business Law, Tax Law and Accounting, DESS degree in Business Law), and from the Paris I University (DEA degree in European and Community Law).

Alexandre Pieyre
"Alexandre joined EDF Invest in 2019 as Investment Director.

He has a c.20 year background in finance, developed out of London and Paris.

He worked many years at Crédit Agricole as an adviser or debt structurer for infrastructure assets transactions, and additionally as Global Relationship Manager for French blue chip companies. He also worked for PwC.

He is a graduate from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées – ParisTech."

"Françoise joined EDF Invest in December 2018, after a 20-year experience in Corporate finance, for traded and untraded corporates, in debt and equity financing (Banque Palatine – Fideuram Wargny).

She graduated from Grenoble Ecole de Management."

Alain Gosselin
"Prior to joining EDF Invest, Alain Gosselin was Managing Director of SOFILO, EDF’s subsidiary in charge of asset and property management for EDF’s real estate portfolio.

He started his career in urban planning at SCET, CDC’s urban planning division, then became General Secretary at Frank Arthur (residential real estate), and Euro-Developpement (designer and developer of Paris Bercy real estate project). He was then in charge of the financial participations of Comptoir des entrepreneurs’ Bad Bank.

He joined EDF group as Director of the property development of H4 Valorisation.

He graduated from the Law Faculty of Dijon and from l’Institut d’Urbanisme de Paris."

"After starting his career in property development and consulting at Icade, then at GMAC CM, Philippe Berrin joined EDF group in 2005, in charge of asset management of real estate company SOFILO.

He joined EDF Invest in 2014.

He graduated from l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées."

Assia Oudni
"Assia Oudni joined EDF Invest in February 2021 as Investment Director.

With 11 years of investment experience in the investment department of Natixis Assurances, Assia Oudni has developed skills in several asset classes.

Within Natixis Assurances, she successively assumed the functions of analyst, Senior Investment Manager and Head of Investments in Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity. She was also Director of Investor Relations at Atream.

Assia Oudni is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and PSB - Paris School of Business."

"Romain Bruneau joined EDF Invest in November 2019.

Prior to this he worked 3 years at EDF structuring its key accounts energy contracts. He then worked at Enedis, France’s main DSO, as a financial analyst.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from CentraleSupelec and a Bachelor in Economics from Paris Dauphine University."

"Romain Meiller joined EDF Invest in September 2019.

He started his carrier in 2014 as an energy markets analyst.

He then moved to EDF Renewables as an offshore wind financing manager and worked especially on Saint-Nazaire (480MW) et Dunkirk (600MW) projects.

He holds a master’s degree in engineering from CentraleSupelec and a master’s degree in business from ESCP Europe."

"David Nahoum joined EDF Invest in November 2020.

He started his career at the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance as Deputy Head of G7/G20 Summit preparation Office at the French Treasury, and then as Portfolio Manager in the energy and health sectors at the French Government Shareholding Agency.

He then worked for Publicis Groupe as Project Management Officer to the CEO.

He graduated from HEC Paris, Sciences Po and the Ecole Nationale d’Administration."

After 5 years with the audit firm Deloitte Christophe joined EDF in 2013 as financial controller. He then worked at modeling nuclear investments projects.

Christophe joined EDF Invest in January 2020 as an Investment Manager.

He holds a master’s degree in finance from Ecole des Mines de Saint-Etienne.

Joseph joined EDF Invest in 2022 as an analyst after a 6-month internship within the team.

Prior to this, Joseph completed internships in M&A at Totalenergies and as a data analyst in a startup.
