EDF Invest and its partners have completed the acquisition of the "Shift" office building

EDF Invest, Primonial REIM and La Française REM have completed the acquisition of the "Shift" office building in Issy-les-Moulineaux (92) from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on January 21, 2021.
The building, with a total surface area of 47,000 m², has dual certification, BREEAM "Excellent" and HQE "Exceptional" and is fully leased to the Nestlé group under a 12-year lease.
